​Benita Swann

     Benita Swann is a certified etiquette business owner and acquired her certification as an etiquette coach in March 2018.  She enjoys working with children, young adults, and adults helping them discover their personal etiquette style.  ​​

     She has thirty + eight years of experience working in federal public service at different agencies, honing her skills, talents and learning so many life lessons along the way.  Benita has trained with the International Foundation of Ombudsman, Well-Being & Personal Transformation & Courage Institute Cohort program and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with concentration in legal studies from Strayer University and MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI) in June of 2021.

Benita collaborated and co-authored her first book "A Distinctive Approach" highlighting the lessons and values of how to navigate in the workplace.  Benita has a spirit of compassion for others and applies  the values of  kindness, respectfulness, and tenderness in her daily walk in life.
